Superb service... Beyond expectations and words...

We needed a 5 inch wide white/gray polished marble threshold and had searched all local tile stores in the Washington, DC area (including major retailers) without success.

We decided to search on the internet and came across Stonexchange, Inc. We were a bit afraid and hesitant to order it online as we did not know if the threshold would arrive intact, but decided to take a chance. Our order was promptly acknowledged, and we were informed when it shipped. We were amazed on how well it was packed and needless to say there were no scratches or chips on the threshold when we received it.

The quality of the threshold is outstanding. The surface is well polished and perfectly finished. We could not be any more pleased. The company also cut it to the desired length at no extra charge which was a benefit to us.

We do not have enough words to express our satisfaction with the threshold and customer service received. We will definitely use the company again for future projects.
