WARNING!!!! I have taken many courses with many different schools. I have 5 State licenses. I have used Florida Licenses & Corp for one application with success. It was handled by Lily and I had to go before the board so needless to say that it was a little complicated but it all turned out well. Based on my experience with Lily, I recently decided to take a prep course with them and all I can say is HORRIBLE. From the staff to the "instructor"...what a joke (on me). The owner took my money and provided me with a class that was all Spanish although he promised that it would be in English. I complained and so as not to give me a refund, he offered a prep class with an instructor that tried his best, but Is not licensed in my trade and in my opinion is lacking the knowledge needed to teach the trade. I again, complained but they continued to drag out the so called "private" classes saying it would get better, so as not to give me a refund. I am lucky in that I could take the financial hit, but I have and WILL continue to warn everyone possible to take a course anywhere else, even on your own and you'll actually do better than wasting your money at this place. It is no wonder that the ONLY person that was responsible and knew her job was Lily whom I heard will also be leaving soon. (wonder why she is jumping ship). And as far as companies that will help process your application; just pay for the test and you'll receive a ton of mailings from much better companies I'm sure.

By the way I saw the owner at Gold Coast...they buy the books from Gold Coast which means that you can cut out the middle man and probably pay less by just buying them from Gold Coast directly.
