Recommended by Hampton Inn to get to Miami Cruise port. Picked up on time and paid for return trip to Miami Airport when cruise was over. Was told that they make a run every 20 minutes to airport. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes upon return at Cruise Port, rep at curbside VERY unhelpful and rude and kept saying another 20 minutes but no one ever showed up. Had to take a taxi to airport so as not to miss flight, an extra $40.00 expense. Too bad there aren't negative stars as that is all they deserve.
